Q: How can I order MIT Press Books and Journals Offline?

Q: Is there a way I can renew my journal subscription online?

A: Just purchase the journal as you would if you were a first time subscriber. In the second stage of the checkout (SHIPPING/BILLING) you will be asked for your customer number. Entering your subscriber number in this field will allow us to match your order with our records.

Q: How do I add a product to my cart? Delete something from my cart?

A: You may add a product to your shopping cart by clicking the "add to cart" button on any product listing page, or any search result page. The contents of your cart will be listed in a box on the right of the screen.

To delete items, or change quantities, click on the "Edit cart" button, and make the appropriate changes. When you are ready to check out, click on the "Checkout" button to begin the payment process.

Q: What are your online book shipping rates and delivery times?

A: For US addresses:

• UPS Ground: $4.00 for first book, $1.00 for each additional book. Allow 4-7 business days after the day your order ships from our warehouse.
• UPS Second Day: $12.50 per order. Allow two business days after the day your order ships from our warehouse.
• UPS Next Day: $18.00 per order. Allow one business day after the day your order ships from our warehouse.

For Canadian addresses:

• Standard Delivery (Canadian Surface): US$4.00 for first book, US$1 for each additional. Allow 7-10 business days.
• Express Delivery (international air courier): US$18.00 per book. Allow 5-7 business days.

For United Kingdom addresses:

The delivery charges shown below will cover up to 15 copies. For 16+ copies, John Wiley and Sons will send a proforma invoice showing the revised delivery costs and asking again for payment details. This should be completed and returned to them and your order will be despatched.

For rush delivery within the UK, Wiley can also quote for delivery by courier (you will not be able to use the shopping cart for this option; please email: cs-books@wiley.co.uk for specific quotes).

• £3.70 per order. Allow 5-7 days for delivery.

For European addresses (EU and non-EU):

The delivery charges shown below will cover up to 15 copies. For 16+ copies, John Wiley and Sons will send a proforma invoice showing the revised delivery costs and asking again for payment details. This should be completed and returned to them and your order will be despatched.

• Surface: £5.35 per order. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

A: No, it is not necessary to create a user account to browse or shop on our site. You may wish to do so to save your shipping and billing addresses with us, to save time with future orders.
