Conference – SCMS: Society for Cinema and Media Studies (In-person)

We invite you to join us for the 2023 SCMS Conference in Denver! The conference will be held in two blocks: a virtual preconference on Friday, February 24 – Saturday, February 25, 2023, and then a four-day in-person conference on Wednesday, April 12 – Saturday, April 15, 2023 in Denver, Colorado at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel.

All current SCMS members will be granted access to the virtual preconference. No conference registration is required. Your membership dues allow you to attend all meetings and to participate in or join the audience for seminars. You will receive an email invitation to participate/attend the preconference and seminars.
