Author Talk: Harmeet Sawhney, Universal Access and Its Asymmetries (In-person)
April 11 @ 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm
A presentation by an author of the recent MIT Press book Universal Access and Its Asymmetries. Stepping beyond humanitarian arguments to conduct a clear-eyed, diagnostic analysis, this book offers some surprising conclusions. With a fresh perspective, it overturns common assumptions and offers a foundation for making decisions about how to extend service—and how to pay for it.
Registration is required for attendance; registration closes May 8. A government-issued photo ID is required for entry to Microsoft NERD.
This event is free and open to the public. Copies of Universal Access and Its Asymmetries will be available for purchase on site from MIT Press Bookstore.
