Semiotext(e) / Active Agents
Active Agents, Semiotext(e)’s political arm, is a series of books published quickly in response to urgent issues. Continuing in the vein of prior Semiotext(e) books such as the Black Panther volume, Still Black, Still Strong, which was produced after Dhoruba Bin Wahad’s release from prison and also contained material on Mumia Abu-Jamal Mumia and Assata Shakur, Active Agents focus on texts that directly address the cause and effect of world events.
